Claim will let verified vendors manage official profile updates and add reviewed buyer-facing evidence. The product is not fully live yet, but vendors can request early access now.
ProcurementAI remains an independent market database. Claim access will not change organic rankings, workflow categories, use cases, or inclusion standards.
Who can request claim access?
Official vendor representative
Founder, executive, marketing, product, partnerships, analyst relations, or another authorized company contact.
Existing or eligible profile
Best fit is a company already listed in ProcurementAI, or a vendor that clearly meets the inclusion standard.
Work email or public proof
Requests should include a work email, LinkedIn role signal, website contact proof, or other evidence of representation.
Reviewed before publication
Claim access does not bypass ProcurementAI review, taxonomy rules, evidence standards, or editorial judgment.
Current status
Claim is in early access planning. Vendors can signal interest now; the current free correction flow remains available.

What happens after a vendor requests access
Send an early access request
Include the company name, ProcurementAI profile URL, official website, requester name, work email, and role.
ProcurementAI verifies identity
We review whether the requester appears connected to the company and whether the profile is eligible for claim.
Profile access is queued
Approved requests are recorded for the first private Claim rollout before paid enhancement is activated.
Login access is created
When Claim opens, approved vendors will use a login-gated workspace to manage reviewed profile updates.

Independent by design
Claim is a reviewed vendor-access layer on top of ProcurementAI, not a pay-to-rank product. The directory keeps its taxonomy and editorial rules separate from future commercial features.

Built for richer vendor-owned evidence
Claim v1.1 only collects early access interest. The same ownership layer can later support richer public evidence and commercial products without changing the independent directory logic.
