ProcurementAI is updated on a recurring basis through market discovery, submitted corrections, and periodic data verification.

Updates may include newly added companies, corrected websites or LinkedIn pages, logo improvements, market coverage updates, taxonomy refinements, and structured revisions based on public or submitted evidence.

The Weekly Updates page shows the current update window and is intended for market tracking, not vendor ranking.

Claimed profile means an authorized company representative has been verified and linked to the profile. It is free and does not certify the product or endorse its claims.

ProcurementAI does not currently award a separate generic Verified Company badge. Any future additional verification would identify exactly what was checked, its evidence and validity period; it would not be granted by purchasing Enhanced Profile.

Sponsored will identify paid promotional placements when those placements are introduced. Sponsorship is separate from Claim, verification and organic recommendations.

Authorized company representatives can request a free Claim at https://www.procurementai.ai/claim or use Claim this profile on a company page. After review, mailbox verification and representative verification, approved owners can submit reviewed updates from their workspace.

Basic Claim, representative verification and standard profile maintenance are free. Representative verification lasts 365 days, and re-verification is free.

Claim your profile to prepare to receive buyer-selected RFPs, RFQs and other procurement inquiries through a verified company contact. This service is not live yet. Receive and respond to unlimited buyer inquiries free for six months after your Basic Claim is activated. For profiles claimed before this planned service launches, the six months will start at launch. After the introductory period, access to new inquiries is planned to be included in Enhanced Profile. Pricing will be announced before purchase; there is no automatic charge. An active Claim and a verified contact who opts in will be required. Claiming does not guarantee inquiries, shortlist placement or buyer responses.

Enhanced Profile is planned as a separate paid product for richer content and commercial tools. Claiming or paying does not improve organic rankings.
