What is ProcurementAI?
ProcurementAI is a structured, independent directory of AI-enabled procurement companies. It maps companies across procurement workflows, use cases, and automation maturity.
Is ProcurementAI independent?
Yes. ProcurementAI does not rank companies based on payment. Listings are organized structurally by workflow category, use cases, and automation maturity. If sponsored placements are introduced, they will be clearly disclosed.
How often is the directory updated?
The directory is updated weekly. Updates may include newly indexed companies, revisions to existing listings and structural improvements to ensure consistency and accuracy.
How are companies categorized?
Each company is assigned a workflow category, 1–5 use cases, and an automation maturity level. This structure helps teams explore the market by workflow focus and AI maturity (without implying a ranking).
What does "automation maturity" mean?
Automation maturity reflects how AI is applied within a product: Assistive (AI supports human decisions), Semi-automated (AI automates defined workflow steps), Autonomous (AI executes tasks with limited human intervention), and Agentic (AI agents can plan, coordinate, and take actions across systems). This label provides context, not a ranking.
Are companies ranked?
No. Companies are not ranked based on payment or sponsorship. They are displayed structurally within categories and filters.
How can vendors submit a company?
Vendors can submit new companies through the "Submit a company" page. Submissions are reviewed before inclusion in the directory.
How can vendors claim a listing?
If a company is already listed, vendors can claim the listing to request updates and keep information accurate. Claiming does not imply endorsement or ranking.
Does claiming a listing affect visibility?
No. Claiming ensures accuracy of information. It does not affect ranking or placement within categories.
Will sponsored placements be labeled?
Yes. If sponsored placements are introduced in the future, they will be clearly labeled to maintain transparency.
Does ProcurementAI provide reviews or ratings?
No. ProcurementAI is a structured directory. It does not provide user ratings or qualitative reviews.
Can I suggest corrections?
Yes. If you identify outdated or incorrect information, you may submit a correction request through the "Submit a company" page.
